We are back to normal scheduling this week - so far the kids are back to school and we are all well (at least for the time being - lots of sickness going around the schools, yuck!).

Here's a little about Mae...
I live in Chicago, IL with my hubby Sam and our sin Edriann. We are both registered nurses but as of now, I am homeschooling my son. He has ADHD and it's my 4th yr homeschooling him. We just celebrated out 15th wedding anniversary this month (April 1) and I will be turning 30 "something" (LOL!!!) next Month (May 23). I started "stamping and creating" last sept 2011 and Stamp and Create was one of my favorites! I tried Copics, Prisma pencils and watercolor pencils but I get so comfortable with Distress Inks when I color my images. But I do try to use other mediums to get out of my comfort zone. It's been just (barely) 6 months since I started doing this so I still consider myself a beginner and a newbie but I'm so honored to be on the team.

I love watching sports (NBA & football) with my boys. When the weather is nice, we go out riding our bikes. I am a home-buddy but I do get out with friends once in a while. But ever since I started card making/stamping/coloring...I enjoying blog hopping to get inspiration. I don't have friends who have the same interest as I have so I just be-friend crafters on Facebook and on blogs so I can share my love for crafts.

Mae will start us off with samples using Magnolia stamps on sale this week...

Lacey
Lacy used Secret Tilda along with Tigerlilly Paper from Kaisercraft, Romantic Lace DooHickey, Party Mini Letter Seals from Whimsy Stamps, and pearls.

Vicky
Vicky has used Edwin's Knights Castle from Magnolia's Prince and Princesses release. The papers are My Minds Eye Miss Caroline Fiddlesticks. The gorgeous brads are American Crafts, elements in neutral.
Also by Vicky this card in which she has used Winter skating Tilda by Magnolia with last christmas's lost and founds Christmas paper by my minds eye. The tag that I have used is by Magnolia called Bloomy Tag as is the gorgeous Spruce tree die.

Jeanette
Jeanette has also used Edwin's Knights Castle to help create this medieval scene card. She has also used Medieval Tilda and Tilda's Princess Horse. All these stamps can be found in Magnolia's Prince & Princesses Collection. She embellished her card with assorted Prima Flowers and added a Crown charm to the upper left-hand side. These crowns are the perfect to use with this collection!

Easter Sale 10% off

Well, this week has totally gotten away from me! My kids are now off school for the Easter weekend so I am up to my eyeballs in kids and activities. Therefore, I haven't had time to do much more than the basics (shipping orders).

Some of the DT have created these lovely Spring cards to share with you today...

Vicky
Vicky has used Suzi with Bunny by Whimsey, which has been mounted on Miss Caroline, Howdy Doody by My Minds Eye. The button is from Basic Grey out of the Pyrus range and the flower charm adds a bit of prettiness to that side of the card. The two pins are a pearl and a headpin, and there are stickles on the flowers.

Jeanette has used a Magnolia Stamp from the Sweet Crazy Love 2012 Collection: Tilda as Star. She has also used patterned paper from MME Follow your Heart pack as well as a heart 2 charm tied with some rustic twine.

The challenge runs through May 6th at 7:00pm EST

Charms Product Spotlight and new Weekly Candy

Welcome back to Stamp and Create.

We are back today with a new Product Spotlight Sale and Weekly Candy.

But first, after almost a full week off, I have managed to get caught up from my vacations.
All orders are now back to a normal shipping schedule.

Over the weekend, the new Whimsy Stamp release arrived along with restocks...


The Stampavie Pre-Orders have shipped out.
A few designs that were out of stock are back instock again.

Also, I have moved some more designs to the 25% off Clearance section: including some Crissy Armstrong Designs and Raindrop Echo Sentiments from Whimsy Stamps.
These designs will not be restocked once they sell out.

Vicky has used Teddybear Love by Magnolia. She has mounted the image on to one of the new My Minds Eye paper pads called Miss Caroline Fiddlesticks. The bow has been made by the essential item in any crafters kit, the bow easy to which the gorgeous teddybear charm has been added. The final touch are the little pearls which are basic grey grazz/ivy set.

Jeanette
Jeanette created an Easel card featuring this magical Wizard Tilda from the new Prince & Princess collection. She has used a Heart3 charm and beautiful crochet white lace to embellish her project.

Stampavie CHA release Now Shipping

Welcome back to Stamp and Create.

Just a quick note from vacation to say that the Stampavie order has finally arrived.
Pre-Orders shipped out yesterday with the exception of orders containing Pia and Sophia Wishes. Those 2 stamps are on back order and will arrive later this week and pre-orders containing these stamps will ship out as soon as they arrive.

I have removed Stampavie CHA stamps from Pre-Order. Any new orders will ship out on Friday we I return from vacation.

We don't have a Product Spotlight Sale this week since we have the Spring Break sale going on.

While I'm away, how about some crafty inspiration?


Lacey used the fun Sister and Brother stamp from Magnolia to create this anniversary card for my in-laws (yeah, I know...it's supposed to represent siblings, but it still makes a cute "young love" card - and at their 51st anniversary, my in-laws are still as in love as they were when they got married)!! The papers are My Mind's Eye Miss Caroline Dolled Up paired with some pewter pearls, ribbon, bow easy, adage ticket, Pennant Banner dies from Whimsy Stamps, and Romantic Lace Magnolia DooHickey.

Vicky has used Jean Luc playing ball with Claude from the Sarah Kay range at Stampavie, a perfect card for a young boy or a male of any age.

This is one of the new magnolia releases called Tilda catching stars, coloured in copics and polychromo's. The papers are the wonderful My Minds Eye Miss Caroline - Howdy Doody. Stardust Stickles have been used on the crown, stars and wand. Kaisercraft blush pearls, finish this card off beautifully.

Jeanette
Jeanette has created this sweet little scene using images and a die from CC Designs. She used Swiss Pixie Lucy, Woodland mushroom and the mushroom border die. The ribbon is May Arts Silk in Pink. She added Stickles in Crystal to the wings.
