May Challenge: For the Ladies

We are back with a new Monthly Challenge!!

Any card for a lady is fine.

Now let's see what the Design Team have created this week...

Mae

 

Mae made this Mother's Day card that comes with a small gift bag and embellished with the same flowers to match the card.  The paper used for the card and tag is  MME Happy Hearts 6x6 Pad . 

For the main image, she used   Swiss Pixie Lula Big heart  and colored her with Distress Markers. She used the following dies for the card and gift bag: Magnolia Doohickey Swirly Butterfly  Magnolia Doohickey Heart Swirl Magnolia Doohickey So Wrapped Swirly Tag 

The RIBBONS used were:  1 1/4" White Silk Ribbon , 3/8" Twill Ribbon (Light Pink), Satin Pleats, White Ribbon, 1/2" White Wrinkled Ribbon

 Additional embellishments are the following: Heart Charms, Kaisercraft Cranberry Mini Bloom, Wilton Cupcake Doily

Lacey

Lacey used the fun Alicia the Strawberry Pirate from Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps. The papers are from Miss Caroline Dolled Up and Echo Park This & That Charming. Other products used: Magnolia Cloud & Flag DooHickey, High Hopes Treasure Map Stamp,  Anchor Charm, Pearls, and Net ribbon.

Vicky

Vicky has made this simple tag using the gorgeous wee florist, a serendipidy background using papers from the Simple Stories fab-u-lous range, wrinkled ribbon in ivory and green at heart basic grey glazed brads.

Jeanette

Jeanette used the sweet, open armed Princess Welcome Tilda for her card today.  The image was colored with Twinkling H20s. She also used some soft and luxurious silk Pink May Arts ribbon tied with the Bow Easy,  and a pearl shape from Basic Grey.

 Mae colored Water Lily Tilda with Copic Markers to make this gift tag. To decorate this tag, she used the following: Pink Crochet ribbon, Double Heart Charm, Wilton Doily some flowers and a White Silk Ribbon for the bow using  Bow Easy.

Vicky

Vicky coloured Rose Scented Tilda from the Sweet Crazy love collection.

The tag is Bloomy Tag from Magnolia. The papers are MME Miss Caroline Hoody Doody.

She also used Basic grey June brad and the bow easy

Jeanette

Jeanette used Apple Blossom, one of the stamps from Whimsy's line: Little Cottage Cuties. The image was colored with Copic markers and pencils and distress inks were used for the background. She added Liquid Pearls to create the small white accent dots. She also used Ivory May Arts Silk ribbon and tied her bow using the Bow Easy. She adorned the center of the bow with a Kasier Craft Coconut Paper Bloom. The patterned paper is from  MME Miss Caroline Dolled Up.  She created the little ticket by using Whimsy’s Friendship Tickets Sentiments and the coordinating die. Easy-peasy and it is such a fun look. She tied a little bit of twine around the ticket for some extra interest. The leaves were made using the Whiff of Joy leaf die.

The fabulous design team have created some wonderful cards to showcase some of the stamps that are on sale this week...

Jeanette

Jeanette has used the sweet Fairy Charlotte image illustrated by Alison Acton. She colored her image with copics and twinkling H20s. The hand-made paper flower was easily made by using the Whiff of Joy Nested Flowers II flower die. She added some Basic Grey pearl flourishes to embellish her card.

Mae

Mae used a stamp from Whiff of Joy: Oakley with Wooden Sign by Elizabeth Bell and colored the image using Copic Sketch Markers. The designer paper and die cuts are KaiserCrafts Pack you bags 6x6 paper pack. The corner embellishments were cut using Whimsy Shapeology Corner Set Dies. For decoration and embellishments, Mae used blue 2 toned flowers, light blue and ivory wrinkled ribbons, some twine and a charm. The leaves were cut using CC Designs Cutter Leaves Die.

Vicky

Vicky has used Little Mermaid from the princesses collection. The paper used is My Minds Eye Fiddlesticks. The pearls are basic grey, the lace is the one and only cluny (which you need to have in your craft collection) and the bow was made using the bow easy.

Lacey

Lacey used Willow with Strawberry Basket, Miss Caroline Dolled Up by MME papers, Resin Corners & Scroll, Coconut, Sea Breeze & Fairy Floss blooms, pearls, and Butterflies Die from CC Designs.
