December Challenge: Sparkly Christmas

We are back with the winner of the last challenge and the new challenge for December.

First up, the winner of the November "Lace" challenge is:

The December Challenge is:

Sparkly Christmas or Winter

Must be a Christmas or Winter card.

And must include some sort of sparkle (rhinestones, glitter, shiny paper, etc).

On random participant will win a $25 Gift Certificate to Stamp and Create.

And now let's see the Design Team's Sparkly creations...

Mae

Mae used Magnolia Tilda with Little Dove from the New Nativity Collection. The Designer paper is from the New Rejoice Paper Pad from Bo Bunny. The flower was cut using the Magnolia DooHickey Doily Flower. The sentiment is from the New CC Designs Fanciful Christmas and was cut using the Notables 5 Die by Whimsy Stamps. Embellishments used were White 1 1/4 Silk Ribbon and Ivory Trimming/Satin Pleats, both from May Arts. Another Ivory Wrinkled 1/2 Ribbon tied using the Bow Easy was added and it holds the Christmas Tree Charm. Kaiser Craft Snow Pearls were added in the corners and all the edges were decorated with Ranger Stickles.

Tanya

Tanya used Christmas Fairy with coordinating sentiment from Strawberry kisses and was decorated with Ranger Stickles.. The Designer paper is from the New Rejoice Paper Pad from Bo Bunny.

Lacey

Lacey used a Wee Stamp called Heidi from Whimsy Stamps along with Merry and Bright Paper, Snowflake Die and Tab 1 Die all from Whimsy Stamps and as well. The sentiment is Sm Merry Christmas Script from High Hopes Stamps.

Jeanette

Jeanette used the Special Edition Magnolia stamp: Winter Skate Tilda for her card. She colored the image with Distress Inks and markers. The papers from Echo Park's Winter Wishes pack were a perfect match to the image. The doily shape was made with the MFT Dainty doily die and the snowflake charm was adhered with a glue dot. She added some Crytal stickes to the pom-pom and liquid pearls were used to create some snowflakes.

Vicky

Vicky has decided to share with you Glittering Tilda from last years Magnolia Christmas Collection.

The paper is Home for Christmas by Fancy Pants and she has added a Christmas Tree Charm, pearls by Basic Grey and stickles.

Mae

Mae used Tilda with Cute Lamb from the Little Christmas Collection. The Magnolia DooHickey dies used are Spruce Twig and Scalloped Stitched Lace. The red brads are from the Basic Grey June Bug collection and the green brads are from the Basic Grey Eva Collection. The Snow Flake charm is tied around the card using a Sew Easy Fancy Floss Baker's Twine in Aqua.

Tanya

Tanya used Gigi from The Greeting Farm

Vicky

This is Tilda with snow heart from last years Sweet Christmas Dreams collection from Magnolia. She has been coloured in copics and polychromo's. Vicky has used Winter wishes papers from Echo Park, love the blues and purples in the pad. She has created the snow and fur effect on the image by using liquid applique, the snowflake charm and stickles finish the effect off.

Vicky has also used Tilda with little rudolph from this years Magnolia A Christmas Story collection. She has be coloured in copics and polychromo's as well. The paper is This and that Christmas by Echo Park. The snow and fur is liquid applique.

Tanya has used Love you by Strawberry Kisses and Mistletoe Paper by Bo Bunny.

Jeanette has used Magnolia's Jingle Jangle Tilda from their 2012 Christms Story collection. The image was colored with copic markers and sponged with Antique Linen Distress Ink. The paper is from Echo Park's This & That Christmas paper pad and she added one of the new snowflake charms with some baker's twine.
