Hi, Friends!  My name is Frances, I have been a crafter all my life, but papercrafting and cardmaking became my passion a few years ago. Most of all I love stamping and coloring, both digital and rubber stamps.  Like to use a lot of elements, like die cuts on my cards, to give dimension and texture, flowers and charms.

Actually living in Kissimmee, Florida, but my hometown is Puerto Rico, there's where I grew up and raised my two boys. Started blogging on 2010 and have been passionate about that since then. This has given me the opportunity to meet lovely  people and share our experiences about this wonderful hobby!

Hello!  My name is Rene Bowen and I am beyond thrilled to be joining the Stamp and Create DT!  I have loved this store since I won a gift certificate to it two years ago...the service is amazing, the products are brilliant and Lacey is just the nicest person this side of the Mississippi!
I am a stay-at-home mom to two girls, Grace and Isabel.  This is the first year BOTH are in school and, while I thought I would have gobs of free time, I find myself substitute teaching more days than not!  But being around children is an amazing way to spend my day and I love every second of it!
I have been crafting for just over seven years.  I really started to get into cardmaking four years ago when I discovered Tilda from the Magnolia collections.  She just stole my heart!  Then I discovered Anya from the Greeting Farm...then Whimsy...then the gorgeous Wee stamps...soon a full fledged obsession was running rampant in Missouri!  My husband, while completely confused, is supportive...except when he wakes up with glitter in his hair!  Ha!
I am so excited to be a part of this wonderful team and can't wait to get started!

I have been crafting all my life in one way or another & discovered paper crafting around 8 years ago & have become addicted. My love is stamping & I am always trying to better my colouring.I am lucky enough to have my own craft room & can be found there with music blaring most days at some point. I am married with 1 son who moved out last year. I am looking forward to creating with the girls..

Mae used Tilda with Wrapped Heart from the Sweet Crazy Love Collection. The DP is  Chillingsworth Manor by Echo Park.  Magnolia DooHickeys used are: Scalloped Stitched Lace, Doily Flowers, Summer Foliage.  The Snow Pearls are from Kaiser Craft.  The bow was tied using Bow Easy.

Lacey used Tilda with Many Hearts. Paper from is Lost & Found Ruby from My Mind's Eye along with Black Grey Mini Roses, Romatic Lace and Christmas Tags DooHickeys from Magnolia (Romantic Lace will be restocked on Friday), Red Ruffle Ribbon, Liquid Pearls, and Pearls.

Jeanette

 Jeanette has used Holy Tilda with Violin, colored with Distress Inks. The ribbon was made with the Bow Easy using Wrinkled White ribbon and the small dots on the scalloped circle were made with Liquid Pearls in White Opal.

January Challenge: Love

Welcome back to Stamp and Create!

We are home from our Missions Trip to Ecuador and the experience was just absolutely amazing!! 

I'll try to blog about it on my personal blog, but wanted to share one picture here. 

I brought card making supplies thinking it would be a fun craft for the older kids at Casa de Fe to learn and something they can use for a long time making cards for each other. It happened to be one of the Tia's (workers at the orphanage) birthday so some of the kids made her a birthday card...

I think they really enjoyed it. The teenagers who helped out (Julisa and Rosa) seemed to like it the most and I taught them how to cut the paper and stamp the images so they can lead the kids in a craft later. 

Also, the Tia (in the orange shirt) who helped really liked it as well.

Thank you to everyone who sent cards in the card drive. I still have to pick a winner from the Card Drive as well as choose the new DT. I have gotten caught up on orders, but not on paperwork so please bare with me for awhile. My kids are still out of school until Wednesday which also means I have little feet under-foot as well.
