Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Product Spotlight #2

Hey there stamping friends! I hope you are having a wonderful week so far! I can not believe it's already thursday. So that means it's time to share a few more cards from the DT using more of the Kraftin' Kimmie stamps that are our product spotlight of the week.

This first card is from the awesome Jeanette...

She used Shy Emmylou (from the Crissy's Cuties line of Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps). Other products she used is daisy lace ribbon (airbrushed with her Copics - what a great idea), Basic Grey half-back pearls, Double Heart 2 Charm, Basic Grey Wisteria DP, and Spellbinders' Fancy Tags.

I made the next card for my neighbor's daughter's 4th birthday the other day.

This cutie is the new "You lift me Up" image from the Cindy and Mindy Line. I also used Basic Grey Wisteria DP, White Grosgrain Ribbon (bow made with the bow easy), some new American Craft's Medium Jewel Brads, and new Kaiser Craft Snow flowers. I also used the Labels four and Scalloped Rectangles for the image.

Product Spotlight-Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps plus Tutorial

I am excited to share some news with you...in addition to our regular Product Spotlight this week, the wonderful Joy has created a tutorial...our first tutorial here at the Stamp and Create.com Blog!

The Product Spotlight this week is: Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

All Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps will be onsale this week for 25% off excluding the new release stamps.

For Joy's project, she used one of the images from the Crissy's Cuties line from Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps called Shy Emmylou (designed after Kimmie's daughter when she was a little girl)...

Here are some written instructions on how to create this awesome Easel/Drawer card, but Joy has additional photos of each step on her blog...

1. Take 1 piece of cardstock 4" x 11" and score @: 1 1/8", 2 1/4", 6 3/8" & 7 1/2" along the long side (or 11" side).

This will turn into your cover for your drawer.

2. Take 1 piece of cardstock 4" x 8" and score @: 2" and 4 " along the long side (or 8" side).

This is the easel part of your drawer

3. Take 1 piece of cardstock 4" x 4" and decorate with your image.

4. Take 1 piece of cardstock 6" x 6" and score @: 1" all sides.

This is your drawer

5. Add to your easel drawer and you are done.

More Charm Projects

Hi there! With this week's Product Spotlight on Charms, I wanted to show you some more samples of uses of charms on cards.

Check out this gorgeous card by Jeanette!!

She used the lovely Genevieve from Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps along with some Flower Spacers and Cowboy Boot Charm, Basic Grey Granola DP, and some ruffle ribbon.

Here is a wonderful Easel Drawer Calender that Joy made!! Wow! I need to learn how to make these!!

She used Stella from The Greeting farm along with some Star Flower Spacers and star charm.

Lastly is a card I made using Sweet Danni and Bella from Wags 'n Whiskers Rubber Stamps...

It's not too early to get started on your Christmas cards. So I am so excited that I made it on the ABC Christmas Challenge Design Team!! Every other Wednesday we will have a new challenge using the letters of the alphabet with a Christmas theme. I plan on carrying a few Christmas stamps in the store year round, so if you want a head start on your Holiday cards, come play along with us!!

For this card, I used one of the Coastboard Snowflakes sprayed with some of the new Shimmerz Vibez (Sea Monkey). Oh my it shimmerz in real life!! And I love the deep color. I "hung my stockings with care" at the top of card (using 4 Christmas Stocking Charms) with some thread and finished off the card with a gorgeous bow using some of the new awesome May Arts Silk Ribbon!!

Speaking of bows...the Bow Easy is back in stock!!

Also, I have received some new High Hopes Rubber Stamps. On order are: Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps (restock of the Moonlight Whispers new release), Restock of Prima Flowers, Cosmo Cricket mini packs, and some of the new Nestabilities.

I have placed the Stampavie order for the new release and have been told that they should be here mid-March. I have adjusted the inventory levels in the store to reflect the first order. Once the first round of stamps have sold out, I will adjust the store to accept orders for the 2nd round of pre-orders.

Product Spotlight - Charms

Welcome back to Stamp and Create.
And happy President's Day to my US friends...I am sure there is a very good reason behind president's day besides the banks, post office and schools being closed...but as far as I am concerned, it's just an inconvenience when you have an on-line store that requires shipping...if you know what I mean (*wink*)!!
That being said, all orders that were placed over the weekend will ship out on Tuesday.

Here's a closer view of one of the boxes... Joy also used the fantastic Stella from The Greeting Farm.

I created this card using one of the new Wags 'n Whiskers stamps that was just released on friday. It's called Bedtime Story. I used 3 Flower Spacer 2 and Teddy Charm...

Other products used on my card are Basic Grey Nook and Pantry DP, Eyelet Lace, Silver Head Pins, Basic Grey Brads, Prima Trellis and Mini Roses (yellow), and Angel Wings Shimmerz.

I will show you more samples using charms later in the week.

Beginning on Wednesday, the Wags 'n Whiskers Design Team will start showing sneak peeks of the new release on the Wags 'n Whiskers Blog. The peeks will continue on Thursday.

Then on Friday, there will be a blog hop and release. The stamps will go live at 7am EST.

There will be a wonderful annoucement as well, so make sure you check it out!!
