Welcome back to Stamp and Create!
Wow! Things are crazy here lately. Thank you to everyone who took advantage of the Thanksgiving sales! Half of the orders shipped out yesterday and I am hoping to have the rest shipped out today. It still hurts when I bend too much or lift heavy things, but I am now feeling much better and finally feel like my energy has come back. But again, it's only been 3 weeks since my surgery and the doctor said it could take the full 6 weeks to fully recover.
Anyway, this week's Product Spotlight is a continuation of the "Food" Category (in honor of all of the food we ate for Thanksgiving and will eat over the next few weeks for the Holidays)!
All "Food" category stamps are on sale 25% off!
Make sure to check out the awesome sales below from the DT to showcase some of the Food images.
There are a few releases this week:
Oh my! Have I been busy getting ready for the High Hopes release Tonight!
The sneak peeks have begun on the High Hopes Challenge Blog.
As High Hopes loads the stamps to their website, I will be following along and adding them to the store as well! I think I counted 136 stamps with this release (including sentiments)!!!
I also have restocks of High Hopes that will be loaded today as well.
The Greeting Farm also has a release tomorrow.
I have the new stamps in stock and will add them tomorrow morning.
CC Designs has a release soon.
I need to check the date of the release, but I have the stamps in stock and will add them on release day (will post when they are available).
Now here are the DT samples with the Food category images...
Vicky has used Lynette Collecting her vegetables by Sarah Kay to cover a dairy for 2011 for her Step Mum. She wanted to keep it flat as she will be covering it in clear plastic to keep it from wear and tear, but she knew it would not photograph easily if she added it now. The papers are the gorgeous Capella from Basic Grey. The flower is from Prima, and she has added a spacer and brad, the small brown brads are added to the top piece of the diary. She has used Cluny lace and brown grosgrain ribbon in the centre to give defination to the two papers. The image has been cut with nestibilities labels 8 and the circle sentiment with circles large and small. The image has been coloured in distressed inks.
She decided to use the Cafe Ian from TGF for her image on her easel card. She also used some Basic Grey - Olivia DP and her favorite crocheted ribbon in ivory. Added a sentiment and used her labels fifteen nesties to create her card.
Jeanette used one of the adorable Sweet November Christmas images: Cookies & Milk Boy. She colored it up with Copic Sketch Markers The senitment is by Whiff of Joy and the designed paper is from Kaiser Crafts Carnival pad. The bow was made with the Bow Easy.
Happy stamping and shopping!!
